Returns

  • Returns are accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in resale condition.

  • Eligibility for resale is determined at the sole discretion of Chuck’s employees.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • To start a return, you must submit a request through our website, email us at chucksclothingnsupplyco@gmail.com, or send us a direct message on Instagram @chucks_co.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address privately.

  • 30 Day timeline to return item(s).

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
