2. Orders & Payments

2.1 All orders placed are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
2.2 Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change at any time.
2.3 We accept payment methods supported by Shopify’s secure checkout.
2.4 Payment Security: All credit/debit card info is processed and stored securely within Shopify’s system. We do not see or store your full card details.
2.5 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We offer:

  • Local Pickup (Free) — Request via email, Shopify Inbox, or Instagram DM.

  • Local Delivery ($3.00) — Within eligible areas.

  • Global Delivery ($8.00) — USPS, UPS, or DHL.
    3.2 Orders are usually processed in 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed.
    3.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Returns are accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in resale condition.
4.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping. A request must be submitted via our site, email, or DM before return details are provided.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this site — including logos, text, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of Chuck’s unless otherwise stated.
