3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
3.2 Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be changed at any time.
3.3 We accept payment methods supported by Shopify’s secure checkout system.
3.4 Any and all credit card or payment information is processed and stored securely within Shopify’s payment system. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your full payment details. This information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed by Chuck’s. All transactions are handled exclusively by Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant system.
3.5 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Returns

4.1 We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Local Pickup - Fixed Rate of $0.00, however order must be personally picked up at our residence or local event.

  • Local Delivery -  Fixed Rate of $3.00

  • Global Delivery (via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL) - Fixed Rate of $8.00
    4.2 Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this site—including logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, and trademarks—is the property of Chuck’s unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Chuck’s is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
6.2 All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
