Sizing Chart & Clothing Care

Last updated: August 23, 2025

At Chuck’s – Clothing & Supply Co., all of our shirts are made using the same heavyweight cotton blank. Below is the official size chart for these garments, along with information for our hats.

1. Shirts

Size Chest Width (laid flat) Body Length (center back)
S 18 in (± 1 in) 28 in (± 1 in)
M 20 in (± 1 in) 29 in (± 1 in)
L 22 in (± 1 in) 30 in (± 1 in)
XL 24 in (± 1 in) 31 in (± 1 in)
2XL 26 in (± 1 in) 32 in (± 1 in)
3XL 28 in (± 1 in) 33 in (± 1 in)

How to Measure:

  • Chest Width – Measured across the front of the shirt, 1 inch below the armholes.

  • Body Length – Measured from the highest point on the shoulder (center back) to the bottom hem.

  • Note: Manufacturing tolerances allow for a ± 1-inch variance in both width and length.

2. Hats

  • All hats are One Size Fits All.

3. Fit Notes

  • For the most accurate sizing, compare to a well-fitting shirt you already own.
  • International sizing note: 1 inch ≈ 2.54 cm

4. Laundry & Care Instructions

To keep your Chuck’s shirts in the best condition, minimizing shrinkage, follow these guidelines:

  • Wash in warm water (around 40 °C / 104 °F).

  • Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed.

  • Tumble dry on low heat.

  • Do not iron directly on decorated or printed areas.

  • Do not dry clean.

Best Practices:

  1. Turn shirts inside out before washing to protect prints and reduce fading.

  2. Use cold water and gentle, color-safe detergent for maximum longevity.

  3. Wash on a gentle cycle and avoid mixing with heavy fabrics like jeans or towels.

  4. Air dry when possible, or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.

  5. If ironing is necessary, iron inside out or place a cloth between the iron and the print.

  6. Fold neatly or hang after washing to help maintain shape.
