Where It Goes
Chuck's Tend & Keep 10%
Here is where the TK10 foundation is currently sending its money.
Ten percent of our profit goes back out. Not ten percent of a sale, not ten percent of revenue. Profit, meaning what is left after a piece costs what it costs to make, ship, and sell. Ten percent of that gets split across the list below.
How The Math Actually Works
Say Chuck's clears $1,000 in profit.
$100 of it goes to TK10.
That $100 gets divided by the percentages in the table. An organization at 8.75% receives $8.75 of it. An organization at 3.75% receives $3.75.
Small numbers on a small month. The percentages do not change when the numbers get bigger.

When A Product Goes Somewhere Else
Sometimes a piece exists because of one specific thing. When a design is built around a particular place, a particular disaster, or a particular community, the full ten percent from that piece goes to a single organization instead of the spread above.
When that happens it says so on the product page, before you buy it.
This List Will Change
Organizations come on when the fit is right and come off when it is not. This is a living list, not a plaque.
Know An Organization We Should Be Supporting?
Tell us about them. Send it here with the organization name, their website, what they do, why it belongs here, and how to reach you.
We read every one.
Or go a step further. Founders have a direct say in which organization joins this list next. Twenty-five spots, and they are the people steering where the ten percent lands.
Want To Support This Work?
Do not send it to us. Send it to them.
We are not a charity. A dollar given to Chuck's is a dollar given to a t-shirt company, not to the coast. Every organization above is the real thing, and every one of them can put your money to work faster and better than we can.
Give to them directly.
And if you would rather support them through us, buy something. Ten percent of the profit goes out the door either way, and you end up with a shirt.
