If something isn't right, send it back. Here is how it works.
The Window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
What Qualifies
- Items must be unused, unaltered and in resale condition. We make the call at inspection.
- Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email ben@chucksco.com, use the chat on our site, or DM @chucks_co on Instagram with your order number.
- Once approved, we send the return address privately.
- Ship it back. Return shipping is on the customer.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Timing after that depends on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
