1. Order Help

  • Track Your Order – You’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email once your order ships.

  • Start a Return – Submit a request through our [Returns Form] or email us. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address privately.

  • Payment Issues – All payments are handled securely by Shopify. If something looks off, email us and we’ll double-check it.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Pickup (Free) – Arrange by request through email, Shopify Inbox, or Instagram DM. We’ll share the pickup location once approved.

  • Local Delivery ($3.00) – Available within our delivery radius.

  • Global Delivery ($8.00) – Shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

3. Sizing & Product Care

  • Shirts – Built on the Gildan Hammer™ heavyweight blank. See the Fit & Care Guide for full measurements.

  • Hats – One size fits all.

  • Care Instructions – Wash inside out, cold or warm water, tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid ironing designs.


4. Community & Faith

  • Chuck’s is more than clothing — it’s a way to glorify God, enjoy His creation, and build community.
