Shipping Options

We currently offer the following:

  • Local Pickup (Free) – Available by request. Contact us by email, Shopify Inbox, or Instagram DM, and we’ll provide pickup details privately.

  • Local Delivery ($3.00) – Available within our delivery radius.

  • Global Delivery ($8.00) – Shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in resale condition.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To start a return, contact us through our website, by email at chucksclothingnsupplyco@gmail.com, or via Instagram @chucks_co. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address privately.


Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
