Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards and other methods supported through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Yes. All credit card and payment details are handled securely by Shopify’s PCI-compliant system. We never see or store your full payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes. Local pickup is free ($0.00). To arrange, send a request through our website, email, or Instagram DM, and we’ll send you the pickup location details.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Local delivery is $3.00 within our delivery radius. Global delivery is a flat $8.00 via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes — returns are accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in resale condition. Requests can be made through our site, email, or Instagram DM.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address privately.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Not at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Sizing & Care
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All our shirts are built on the Gildan Hammer™ heavyweight blank. Check out our Fit & Care Guide for measurements and tips.
Q: How do I wash Chuck’s shirts?
A: Turn inside out, wash cold or warm with color-safe detergent, tumble dry low or air dry, and avoid ironing directly on designs. See the Fit & Care Guide for full details.

Q: Is Chuck’s a Christian company?
A: Yes. Chuck’s was founded on faith and exists to glorify the Lord through how we live, create, and build community. Our goal is to reflect God’s creation and invite both believers and nonbelievers into the story.
Q: Do I need to be a Christian to be part of Chuck’s?
A: Not at all. Chuck’s is for everyone. Whether you’re chasing waves, casting lines, or hitting the trail, we welcome all into our community.
