At Chuck’s – Clothing & Supply Co., we strive to provide you with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies below.


1. Shipping Options

We currently offer three methods of receiving your order:

  • Local Pickup – Free ($0.00)

    • Local pickup is always free.

    • To arrange pickup, you must file a request through our website, email us at chucksclothingnsupplyco@gmail.com, or direct message us on any of our social platforms (primarily Instagram: @chucks_co).

    • Once your request is received, we will provide you with the pickup location details.

  • Local Delivery – $3.00

    • Available within a defined delivery radius.

    • Eligibility will be shown at checkout.

  • Global Delivery – $8.00

    • Shipped via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.

    • Flat rate of $8.00 applied to all global orders.


2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated times will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in resale condition.

  • Eligibility for resale is determined at the sole discretion of Chuck’s employees.

  • 30 day return time, anything beyond this period will be denied

3.2 Requesting a Return

  • To initiate a return, please create a request through our website, email, or direct message on Instagram.

  • Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with the return shipping address.

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

3.4 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
