To arrange pickup, you must file a request through our website, email us at chucksclothingnsupplyco@gmail.com, or direct message us on any of our social platforms (primarily Instagram: @chucks_co).

Once your request is received, we will provide you with the pickup location details.

Local Delivery – $3.00

Available within a defined delivery radius.

Eligibility will be shown at checkout.

Global Delivery – $8.00

Shipped via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Flat rate of $8.00 applied to all global orders.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimated times will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Eligibility

Returns are accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in resale condition.

Eligibility for resale is determined at the sole discretion of Chuck’s employees.
- 30 day return time, anything beyond this period will be denied
3.2 Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please create a request through our website, email, or direct message on Instagram.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with the return shipping address.
3.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
3.4 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
