Jackson is a young man who lives with the Day of the Lord and Age to Come fully in mind, whether he’s summitting a mountain, (unsuccessfully) fly fishing, or just going for a stroll in Gabbard Park. But however much he enjoys that area of God’s creation, witnessing to His image bearers will always be #1 in his life because “The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent, because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead” (Acts 17:30-31). And if indeed ‘“everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” Rom 10:13-14. 

So, “I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24).
